These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Producer-Calculator, including our website, account system, calculator, subscription service and companion audio plugin (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms before creating an account, starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription.

By creating an account and expressly accepting these Terms, you enter into an agreement governing your use of Producer-Calculator.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
Producer-Calculator is a digital software service designed primarily for music production and audio-related calculations.
The Service provides calculated settings and results based on information entered by the user and on the internal calculation system developed for Producer-Calculator.
Producer-Calculator also includes a companion audio plugin designed to receive and use calculation data generated through the Producer-Calculator website.
The audio plugin itself is provided without a separate purchase price to users who begin an eligible free trial or subscription.
An active trial or subscription is required to generate new calculation data through the Producer-Calculator website.
The distinction between access to new calculations and continued use of previously configured plugin instances is explained further in Section 7 below.
Eligible new users may receive a 7-day free trial.
You will not be charged the subscription price during the free trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid monthly subscription and the applicable subscription price will be charged using your selected payment method.
At the date of these Terms, the standard subscription price is USD $14.99 per month plus applicable taxes.
The final price, including any applicable taxes, is displayed during checkout before you confirm the subscription.
If the subscription price changes in the future, the price applicable to a new purchase will be clearly displayed before the transaction is completed. Any change affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required notice obligations.
Trial eligibility may be limited to new users. We may prevent repeated use of free trials where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or circumvention of the subscription system.
During an eligible trial you may access the calculator, generate calculation data and obtain access to the companion audio plugin in accordance with these Terms.
Producer-Calculator subscriptions are recurring subscriptions.
After the free trial ends, unless cancelled beforehand, your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.
The subscription price applicable to your purchase is displayed during checkout before you confirm the transaction.
Applicable taxes may be added to the subscription price and are displayed as part of the checkout process before the transaction is confirmed.
By starting a recurring subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription amount and applicable taxes to your selected payment method on each renewal date until the subscription is cancelled.
An active trial or subscription gives you access to generate new Producer-Calculator calculations during the applicable access period.
Payments and subscription billing are processed using Stripe Managed Payments.
For transactions processed through Stripe Managed Payments, Sold through Link, LLC acts as the merchant of record and facilitates the transaction using Stripe's payment infrastructure.
The checkout page may display additional information, transaction terms, taxes and payment-related information provided by Stripe or Sold through Link, LLC.
Payment card information is entered directly into Stripe's payment environment. Producer-Calculator does not receive or store your complete payment card details.
Payment transactions may also be subject to Stripe, Link or payment-method terms applicable to the transaction.
You may cancel your Producer-Calculator subscription at any time.
Subscription management is available through the Manage Billing option on your Account page, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal.
Cancelling prevents future subscription renewals.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated during the cancellation process, cancelling a paid subscription does not immediately terminate the remaining paid subscription period. You may continue to generate new calculations until your applicable subscription access ends.
Previously configured plugin instances do not stop working merely because your trial or subscription later ends.
When a plugin instance has already received calculation data generated through Producer-Calculator, that calculation data may remain stored as part of the plugin or host-project state.
Following the ordinary cancellation or expiry of your trial or subscription, existing projects containing previously configured Producer-Calculator plugin instances can continue to be opened and used.
The stored settings of those previously configured plugin instances remain available, and you may continue to adjust the controls of those instances.
Ordinary cancellation or expiry does not, by itself, delete or invalidate calculation data that was validly generated and transferred to the plugin while you had access to the calculation service.
Once your trial or subscription access has ended, you cannot generate new Producer-Calculator calculation data through the website unless you obtain a new active subscription or otherwise regain valid access to that functionality.
A newly inserted or otherwise unconfigured plugin instance may still be opened, but without valid calculation data generated through an active Producer-Calculator entitlement, it will remain at its initial welcome or setup interface and the calculation-dependent functionality will not become available.
Reactivating an eligible subscription restores access to generating new calculations in accordance with the subscription terms applicable at that time.
The continued-use provisions above describe the effect of ordinary subscription cancellation or expiry.
Cancellation of a recurring subscription and exercise of a statutory consumer withdrawal right are separate matters. Any consequences that applicable law requires following a valid statutory withdrawal, refund, fraud-related reversal or lawful termination remain unaffected by this Section.
Any mandatory withdrawal, refund or termination rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies applicable to transactions processed through Stripe Managed Payments.
Stripe or Sold through Link, LLC may issue a refund in circumstances permitted by the Stripe Managed Payments rules, including certain customer-support, dispute or legal situations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any refund, withdrawal, conformity, warranty or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Consumers in the European Economic Area may have statutory rights relating to distance contracts and digital services, including a right of withdrawal in circumstances provided by applicable law.
Starting a free trial may also constitute the conclusion of a contract for the purposes of applicable consumer law. Any applicable statutory withdrawal period is therefore determined in accordance with applicable law and is not necessarily postponed until the first paid renewal.

Where available under applicable law, you may also use our electronic Withdraw from Contract function.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for taking reasonable measures to protect access to your account.
You must not knowingly provide another person with access to your account in a way that circumvents the applicable subscription.

You may use Producer-Calculator only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Producer-Calculator, including its website, software, audio plugin, calculation systems, user interface, visual elements, text, branding and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where otherwise stated, all applicable intellectual property rights in the Service remain with Producer-Calculator or the relevant rights holder.
During an active trial or subscription, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the subscription functionality of the Service and generate calculation data in accordance with these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, the companion Producer-Calculator audio plugin is provided under a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for use with your music-production projects.
Ending an ordinary trial or subscription does not, by itself, terminate your ability to use previously configured plugin instances containing calculation data that was validly generated while you had access to the calculation service, as described in Section 7.
However, an expired or cancelled subscription does not grant continued access to generate new calculation data through the subscription service.
Your trial, subscription or plugin licence does not transfer ownership of the Service, plugin, software, calculation system or intellectual property to you.
We aim to keep Producer-Calculator available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security work, technical failures, hosting issues, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may make updates, corrections and reasonable changes to the Service as it develops.
Where a change materially affects a consumer's contractual rights or an ongoing digital service, we will comply with any notice, conformity, termination or other requirements imposed by applicable law.
Producer-Calculator is a music-production tool. The results and calculated settings provided by the Service are intended to assist users in making technical and creative music-production decisions.
Audio production involves creative judgement, recording conditions, equipment, source material and other factors outside the control of Producer-Calculator.
We therefore do not guarantee that a particular calculation or setting will produce a particular artistic or commercial result in every recording or production.
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under applicable consumer law concerning the conformity, functionality, compatibility, availability and modification of digital content or digital services.
Where applicable law requires updates, remedies, repair, restoration of conformity, price reduction, termination or other remedies, those mandatory rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.
Producer-Calculator is provided subject to the rights and guarantees that apply under mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, misuse of the Service, unauthorised account use caused by the user's failure to protect login credentials, or use of the Service contrary to these Terms.
Users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their own DAW projects, audio files and other production data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access to an account where reasonably necessary because of security concerns, suspected fraud, serious misuse of the Service or a material violation of these Terms.
Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the relevant issue.
We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms where permitted by applicable law.
The continued-use rules for previously configured plugin instances in Section 7 describe ordinary subscription cancellation or expiry and do not prevent any restriction that is lawfully required in connection with fraud, unlawful use, intellectual-property infringement or another serious breach.
Any mandatory consumer rights relating to termination, reimbursement or continued access remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law that would otherwise be applicable.
Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Nothing in this section restricts any right a consumer has to bring a claim before a competent court or use an applicable consumer dispute-resolution procedure.
We may update these Terms when the Service, our business model, applicable law or technical requirements change.
The current version and its last-updated date will always be published on this page.
Where applicable law requires advance notice, a valid reason, consent, termination rights or another safeguard for a material change to an ongoing digital service, we will follow those requirements.
